Arbor Care of Ohio did an excellent job of removing a large ash tree, grinding the stump, and removing some old landscape timbers from a house I am having sold Of the companies I called ACO was the only one that gave me a detailed estimate of the work This was very useful in that, in addition to the above mentioned work, I had asked them to remove some shrubs as well I changed my mind on the shrub removal and ACO deleted that cost from their estimate ACO told me when they would be there and they showed up on time ACO had to remove a portion of the chain linked fence to get their stump grinder into the backyard They did this at no additional cost and they re-installed the fence at the end of the job In a small backyard they cut down the ash tree in such a way that no limbs fell in the neighbors' yards or on the house or on a small shed by the tree They cleaned up all the debris and hauled in awayThey put everything back in order ACO's cost was better than any of the other companies that had given me estimates If I decide to remove the shrubs, I would hire ACO again

I was just going to get a quote from this company, but I had a tree ready to fall on a neighbors house They gave a better estimate than other company, so I chose to try them They were willing to get started right away with the job They did everything they said they would do in agreement initially and then some There was a crew of them and they worked together like bees in a hive The trees came down and they clean up the yard better than it look to start with in the beginning They also made sure the neighbors yard and drive was left spotless They
This company is GREAT and I highly recommend them I had a dead tree that was scheduled to be taken down by a DIFFERENT company and that that company strung me along for a month with lies and no-shows I was in a bind with a dangerous tree next to my house and a lot of frustration Arbor Care of Ohio swooped in and saved the day! The day they were called, they came out to give an estimate that very evening The next morning they arrived and took the tree down exactly as promised They even used giant plastic mats to lay in my yard to drive their truck on so that they didn't make wheel ruts in the damp ground This company did EXCELLENT work, was prompt and efficient and their cost was very reasonable I can't say enough about how thankful I was that they jumped in and got the job done so quickly after the first company left me in a bind Arbor Care of Ohio is AWESOME!!!!
We purchased Eternal tankless hot water heaters from the Solar Store in May of We were very impressed by the helpfulness of the company, which included creating a spreadsheet showing us installation costs (including a refund from Tucson) and the future cost savings
Everything worked well for about a month until the heaters started to malfunction The manufacturer of the hot water heaters told us that the warranty was voided because of the mineral content in Tucson's water (Tucson has very "hard" water) and that this system never should have been installed in the first place without also installing (very expensive) water softeners
The Solar Store basically swindled us into buying tankless water heaters by misrepresenting the actual cost of the system This is a classic bait and switch and shame on the Solar Store for engaging in such unethical business practices

Horrible experience in almost all ways. Long delay to get system delivered, blamed falsely on the electric company. Never followed through with HOA as promised. Missed every appointment (some by days, a few by only 4 hours). Demanded payment before system was fully operational (which took 5 months longer). Abrasive and offensive treatment after sale. Tried to retract their promised 25 year warrantee. The only positive is that their installers and service folks, when they finally show up, are good.

The estimate was broken down be tree for removal and a sparate cost for stump removal. Then there was a cost for the dead wooding. It was easy to understand and if we wanted to eliminate something, which we did not, it would have been easy to get to the final bill. The cost for all the work was very reasonable. The team was very courteous and professional. They made sure we were very happy with the work, and took extra care to work around our ham radio antennas while removing trees! Clean up was incredible. Those guys raked until there was nothing left. We mowed after they left and there was no problem with twigs. Will definitely use them again.
