I am a first time RV owner I purchased a Fleetwood Tioga from this establishment in Paid good money for it and carry a substantial loan on it I trusted the staff, especially Kerry when it came to purchasing this unit When I did the supposed walk through the technician barely knew how to work anything He assured me that everything was fine I moved forward and purchased the rig The first thing I noticed when I got it home was that there was a tank full of sewage left over from the prior owner I had to purchase a new engine battery the first week I had it Battery was tested and it was shotOnce I used the rig on a couple of trips I figured out that the fridge did not work, never has The water heater has never worked The slide out sticks Worst of all there was a major electrical problem The tech that assisted from another company showed me arc marks in the wiring and fuse area under the bed that had shorted out half of the electrical! A crew of five guys arrived this morning to remove a HUGE willow acacia tree; in an hour and a half it was totally gone They completely cleaned up all the debris from the removal and left our yard looking better than when they arrived The entire crew worked amazingly hard and were very professional and courteous!!

I purchased a pop up camper from this facility over months agoAfter a week of having this New camper I was having issues with the trailerI sent the unit in for serviceAfter months of having my unit at the dealership I was told it was ready for pick upI went to pick up my trailer and the main issues still have not be addressedI have been brushed off by the Sales manager, Service manager and other employees of this facilityThey say one thing then do anotherThey brush you off and try and sweet talk you to believe what the say they are doing, when confronted on issues they ALWAYS PUT THE BLAME ON SOMEONE ELSE
