due statements were mailed and several phone calls with voicemails were left instructing her to contact us regarding her past due balance, but to no avail, she never responded.  Norton Environmental contracted with a collection agency in September 2016 and her account was included in the accounts receivable collections batch. Our customer accounts are very well documented and we do not show any communications from Ms. [redacted] regarding her dissatisfaction with our service or her response to our collection efforts.  The balance of $177.00 now includes a collection agency fee of $46.20.  Ms. [redacted] can call the collection agency, Northern Arizona Credit, Inc. [redacted].
