My family and I were looking to rent a skid steer and decided to go with yancey brothersWe notified them that it was going to be used for our personal residenceThey ran my brothers credit then denied us saying "we don't rent to residences"

This company ripped me off to the max. I had them come out to diagnose a low fuel pressure problem with my chipper. The lady on the phone told me that it could cost up to $1500 if the tech had to spend the entire day. He came out and replaced a fuel filter, which I provided and was off of my job site by no later than 10 am. Yancey Brothers charged me $925 to replace a fuel filter that I provided. Having them come out ended up being the worst decision I have made in my career to date. They fixed the problem, but the price was absurd!!
