[redacted] PS> they show that they did recind the consulting fee however now they have changed the amounts of the plants so that it still reflects us having a balance when I very clearly have paperwork showing to the contrary. We apparently need to go to the next steps to resolve this? IE: The state attorney general and other entities who can help. I am once again attaching the receipt that shows we were paid in full.

The Revdex.com site does not allow any more information to be entered. However, I have finally been able to access the attachment Ms. [redacted] attached. It sheds more light on the source of the confusion.The original terms were as I stated. This was clearly understood up [redacted] by both parties. However, the billing was incorrect. This was clearly our fault. It should have been billed as an installation with the consultation fee credited. This was not done. Instead the consultation amount was separated out from the total and billed separately, creating the confusion.Arbor Doctor clearly erred in preparation of the bill in a manor sufficient to cause confusion for the client. It appears that there was a lot of confusion with this. The take home is that the account is closed and nothing is owed, so our response is as Ms. [redacted] requested. Please be advised that mistakes appear to have been made and we sincerely apologize for that. Ms. [redacted] overpayed for a service...

last year. She was contacted and agreed that the overpayment be applied to the next service. We did that but in the process a request was made to reduce services and ultimately to cancel services. Somewhere in that conversation a message from Ms. [redacted] was missed and an extra service was done after she cancelled. We do not dispute that and she does not owe  for that. Please accept our apologies and realize that this was an honest mistake, or series of mistakes. As with most such circumstances it offers us the opportunity to review and hopefully tighten up our procedures.
