On May 15, 2015, you signed a contract with Arbor Floors to purchase and have new wood floors installed in your homeOn the contract that you signed, it states in bold letters: 35% restocking charges on all cancelled or changed orders with daysNo cancellation, return, or change after days of order dateNo return for less than items of a single productOn May 19, 2015, your flooring and materials were delivered to your homeOn May 22, 2015, you signed the “Certificate of Completion” after the job was completed to your satisfactionYou also provided our installer with a check to pay for the remaining balanceAfter the job was completed and paid in full, you asked for Arbor Floors to refund you for an open box that was missing wood planksUnfortunately, Arbor Floors will not be able to refund you for an open box due to unable to return to manufacturer

This was the worst experience of my lifeA maximum day job took over ten to complete, my wife had to show the contractors how to put insulation behind the backer boards, there were scheduling screw ups, not enough material, incorrect material, phone calls not returned, and one particular person was rude disrespectful and condescending when you did speak to him, cardboard used as carpet liner because they ran out of underlay, we were left with one shower and one toilet for ten days and they laid the tiles in one bathroom completely wrong (but we were so desperate to get the job finished we left it)i would not recommend this company to my worst enemy they are HORRIBLE

I am rejecting this response because:
There is not single item that is true in the business owners responseHis statement defies any rational human beings logic I refute his entire statement as a delusional fairy tail that is nothing more than attempt to alter the facts by a chronic liar who refuses to admit that he and he his salesman were caught with their hand in the cookie jarThe correct way to have handled this situation would have been to return my $from a $sale that was paid in cash and therefore avoid a Revdex.com complaint and an accompanying negative Yelp reviewBut obviously not returning even a penny of a customers money is more important to these people than receiving negative feedback from their customersAgain, nothing in the business's response is based in fact and is entirely rooted in fiction

On the contract that you signed, it states in bold letters: 35% restocking charges on all cancelled or changed orders with 15 days. No cancellation, return, or change after 15 days...

of order date. No return for less than 5 items of a single product. On May 19, 2015, your flooring and materials were delivered to your home. On May 22, 2015, you signed the “Certificate of Completion” after the job was completed to your satisfaction. You also provided our installer with a check to pay for the remaining balance. After the job was completed and paid in full, you asked for Arbor Floors to refund you for an open box that was missing 2 wood planks. Unfortunately, Arbor Floors will not be able to refund you for an open box due to unable to return to manufacturer.

When Mr.[redacted] came into our business, he brought his own drawings and measurementsfor his home.  He insisted that he neededtwo t-mold pieces. When our installer went to his home, he told Mr. [redacted]that he did not need the extra piece of t-mold. He stated that it was...

fine; he would use the extra piece in another areaof the home. A couple days after the installation was completed, he called hissales representative and thanked him for his new flooring and said that he hadan extra piece but would use it elsewhere. Ten days after they spoke, he calledour sales rep asking for a refund and three days after that returned it to ourshowroom. Our salesrep told Mr. [redacted] that he would need to call the office and speak with usregarding a refund. Our two employees in the office told him that we do not issuerefunds after 15 days of the order date and we do not except less than fivepieces of a single product either. Also there is 35% restocking fee for allrefunds. This is clearly stated in the contract that he signed. The manufacturedwould absolutely not agree to take back the t-mold. He called again and spokewith our general manager about the issue and even though he does not meet therequirements for a refund, we agreed to refund the full amount for the t-moldout of the company’s own pocket. Two days later he posted this complaint. We calledhim several times and he even said he would come and pick up the check butnever showed. We then called and left another voicemail saying we had his checkand to come to our office to pick it up. Finally, Friday the 24th hecame and picked up his refund check for the full amount. We are veryglad to have this issues resolved as dealing with this customer has been verydifficult and tedious. 6/9/15 –Order was placed

I refute his entire statement as a delusional fairy tail that is nothing more than attempt to alter the facts by a chronic liar who refuses to admit that he and he his salesman were caught with their hand in the cookie jar. The correct way to have handled this situation would have been to return my $60.00 from a $1451.00 sale that was paid in cash and therefore avoid a Revdex.com complaint and an accompanying negative Yelp review. But obviously not returning even a penny of a customers money is more important to these people than receiving negative feedback from their customers. Again, nothing in the business's response is based in fact and is entirely rooted in fiction.

This was the worst experience of my life. A maximum 4 day job took over ten to complete, my wife had to show the contractors how to put insulation behind the backer boards, there were scheduling screw ups, not enough material, incorrect material, phone calls not returned, and one particular person was rude disrespectful and condescending when you did speak to him, cardboard used as carpet liner because they ran out of underlay, we were left with one shower and one toilet for ten days and they laid the tiles in one bathroom completely wrong (but we were so desperate to get the job finished we left it). Mr. [redacted] finally picked up his refund from our general manager Friday, July 24th, after numerous atempts to get a hold of him. The picture is the check Mr. [redacted] recieved and our bank records show that he has indeed deposited it. It is not for the full amount because by law we can not refund taxes and the 35% restocking fee, that is why we also gave him $25 cash. So clearly, we are not the delusional ones. I'm not sure what else Mr. [redacted] can claim after this, but we are overly joyous to be done dealing with him and this matter.
