Arbor Glen is a multi-family apartment community not a private home communityAll residents have the right to peace and quiet during quiet hoursIf we receive a noise complaint we will address it however because we weren't there to hear it or the police could not find reasonable noise to do a police report we can only speak to the residents involve with the complaintNormally I would call in an outside mediation group for the residents involved however both sets of residents are moving out at the end of May so I feel a mediation would not help at this timeI did however yesterday speak to [redacted] 's upstairs neighbor yesterday in my office and she is complaining about harassment from [redacted] Again in an apartment community you will hear your neighbors and have to deal with different cooking orders, etcWe have a lease buy out addendum that a resident can do if they want to end their leases early [redacted] may move out at anytime however she will be responsible for rent for the month of May
