In response to the complaint submitted by Mrs*** *** we would like to clarify that on May 18th an email was sent to *** realtor asking her to remind her client that $application fee is non refundable and checks are deposited right after we get themThis is
our standard procedure which Mrs*** was informed about before she submitted her applicationIn order for the Board of Directors to review the application we need to have all documents according to our Corporate proceduresAt the time when we receive an application, the processing begins meaning we do background check and credit check on the applicant and wait for all the requested documents to be submitted for a review by the Board of DirectorsApplication/processing fee of $is nonrefundable and every potential tenant is being informed of thatTherefore we are sorry but we will not be able to do a refund because it would be against our corporate procedures and making an exception for Mrs*** would cause unequal and unfair treatment to all other applicants who paid their $nonrefundable application fee and after that decided to withdraw their applicationsWe can submit copies of emails sent to Mrs*** realtor but we do not find an option to attach here
