Have set up a meeting with buyer for 9/11/14. Thank you. [redacted] Area Manager North

I spoke to Mrs [redacted] on Tuesday and we already have an appointment set for the tile repair, I also agreed to have our contractor take a look at the roof for them but that there have been several strong wind events that have taken place in the last year and there may be an issue that is related to that.We will have to make a determination once we can do a visual inspection.Thanks, [redacted] Arbor Homes LLC

I spoke with Ms [redacted] and I have an appointment set up with her and [redacted] , my warranty super for this Friday, September 12, at 1pm I will address all of their issues and concerns at that time with them and bring them to resolution.Thanks, [redacted] Area ManagerArbor Homes LLC

Their attorney contacted us last week and we sent a confirmation that we were looking into this matter on 10/9/The *** signed a legal purchase agreement to purchase a home in a neighborhood that was not developed at the timeThe development was delayed due to factors that we believe are
outside of the control of Arbor HomesThis, in turn, delayed all homes to be constructed in this section, so there are at least other buyers at this time affected by this delayThe *** signed a purchase agreement that contained the verbiage in paragraph that “…any scheduled completion date is a good faith estimate and SELLER makes not promises or representations concerning date of completion.” The financial penalty of cancellation was also spelled out in paragraph that “…BUYER agrees to pay seller the following: Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) up to the completion of the slab…” The appropriate portions of the purchase agreement are attachedThere is nothing illegal here
Arbor Homes will certainly return all money given by *** that is over the $3,figure, and this return is currently being processedThe decision to return any or all of the remaining $3,is currently being reviewed

I looked at the porch, the crack I saw is hairline and is not a warrantable issue.

We have decided to return the amount that the [redacted] asked for, $5,500, after review. Does this satisfy or clear the complaint? I apologize for not knowing the process well enough yet. Please realize that in their complaint they asked for 2 different amounts back, first $5,000 in the body of the complaint, but the disputed amount was $5,500.
The end result we want is to satisfy this completely. Thanks for your help in advance.

The meeting took place and arbor reneged on what the previously told my husband and self that the concrete would be replaced now they're not honoring that.  
I will be going door to door in this sub division to find out if there have been any issues people will tell me about.  
Once I have that information I will be going to an attorney, I have email information affirming the meeting we had in march with [redacted] at that time the super intendent in our sub division he assured us this would be replaced. 
If arbor won't honor replacement  his hired subcontractor should honor this making us whole shoddy workmanship.
I'm at a loss as to there inconsideration and stance of passing the buck when this occurred three weeks after we moved in.
We were told that all this would be rectified one time prior to the year at 11 months well were not at that point and the concrete should not be under warranty it's shoddy the concrete was poured in nov and did they put the chemicals the needed to in the concrete the sales person knew my concerns and I was assured there would be no issues again they pointed us to this 11 month inspect where they fix everything 1 time 
They have lied to me about this I'm discusted I've been dismissed but I'm not going away my option will be forth coming to anyone that asks about this builder.
I have found out that banks are even pulling out from doing loans here and was told that today why is that?
Neighbor across the street has issues too with the concrete cracking this is unacceptable
Also I asked four times for a copy of the insurance certificate if arbor is the gc and the concrete guy was his hired sub then the sub should be liable for shoddy work.  
Who is arbor to refuse me evidence of insurance 
Just another thing that attests to the fact that they do what ever they want too

I spoke with my warranty manger just a few moments ago and he has already spoken with Mr. [redacted] and they have a meeting set up for Thursday, September 18th at 10 am to address all of his outstanding items.  
I apologize that his issues were left pending with our other warranty manager that...

is no longer with us but these issues were obviously not communicated to anyone to follow up on.

I am satisfied they have made contact with me after over 2 months of me trying to get a resolution, however until the warranty work is completed 100% this complaint will not be resolved. I have contacted warranty manager ** on 3 separate occasions prior to Friday September 12 and JR failed to deal with my warranty issues then, so the comment made by arbor homes about not knowing their was an issue is inaccurate.
