Arbor Lawn Inc

Arbor Lawn neglected to finish the job, and will not return phone calls and management is unresponsive. On 4/15/15, Arbor Lawn Inc came to trim up/back broken wax myrtles around the property, and to remove a line of shrubs and remove the root systems. They missed a whole line of wax myrtles, and missed several small stumps from the shrubbery/small trees they removed. I simply want the job completed. After multiple phone calls to the company, they have not contacted me to finish the job, after the receptionist stated they would. I have to date not received a message, and when my wife called and explained we would be contacting Revdex.com & [redacted], she was rudely hung up on. Since Arbor Lawn Inc has no intention of following up, we are filing this complaint. To resolve it, all they would have to do is come trim a small line of wax myrtles, grind a 2x2 area of stumps, and one other small missed stump. Its funny, they were happy to cash my check instantly but couldn't be bothered to finish the job, as they had outlined in their written estimate. Desired SettlementFinish the job, or refund my money. They are not making good here
