Arbor-Nomics Turf

I contacted Arbor-Nomics Turf, and received a quote from Sales Rep, Chris Griffin. I contacted the office to ask the difference between the Silver Program and the Gold Program. I then received a call from Chris stating that he made a mistake and quoted me the wrong amount. In my attempt to inform him that I wanted to go with what I was quoted, he rudely announced that he had misquoted me, I hung up on him and contacted the office. The front desk clerk, was dishonest saying that she had not informed him of the misquote. She had informed me that I should go with the "Gold" program and I told her that I would sign up for that once I returned to work from lunch. After speaking with the manager, Brandon, he seemed disinterested in my complaint and said he had spoken with the Owner and they could only give me one treatment for bugs with the amount quoted. When I informed Brandon, that I would put my comment on Social Media, he rudely announced that it was my choice to do so. This company seems to take pride in giving erroneous quotes and charging customers different prices. I don't want other customers to go through the anguish that I faced.
