Arbor Park of Alexandria

I have recently discovered a severe mouse problem in my apt. I have a 6 month old child, and a dog. I found one dead mouse, one caught behind my deep freezer, multiple mouse droppings and a hole in my wall where they are coming from. I called the emergency maintenance crew to come take care of it, and the man (Henry) that answered was extremely rude and unprofessional, hung up on me multiple times and said "this isn't an emergency to US." I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of non concern they have with this. If my child or my dog is to get HPS because of them, I assume it will be terms to sue.
