Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept this. We cleaned that house spotless. Had the carpets professionally cleaned. I spent hours there cleaning the house so I would get my $ back and I have photos I took of the house all cleaned. I never asked for the $65 dollars back I let that slide, but BUD at Arbor Realty came in and inspected and said it was spotless. It looked 10 times better than when we originally moved in. I cant help it if the house is old and the toilets have hard water stains in them. The house needs updating. I let that $65 dollars slide I am not going to argue over that. I am disagreeing with the patio door. Call [redacted]- my insurance carrier or any other insurance. I was advised this is theirs to pay as it is their PROPERTY. My [redacted] Agent is ###-###-####. I do not know how the Patio door was broken.Regards,[redacted]
