Arbor Ridge Apartments

u want to stuck your whole life, come to arbor ridge apartments. Every year they make us extend our lease and wherever we go and apply for new apartment property manager [redacted] gives bad refrences. If rent is late one week they give eviction notices and make the tenants pay for extra fees and penalties.

Dishwasher is so dirty and does not do the job which I have never used for 6 years. Property manager has attitude and behavior problem. Most of the time she is having arguments with tenants

Review: I had a contract back in 2013 to the beginning of the year of 2014 and I have been trying to pay off my lease for the longest no one has contacted me so I made a report here on Revdex.com and when we finally was contacted we agreed upon an amount I sent that money off in a money order 1000 even since then I have not been contacted to say they got the money or nothing so I am now back to calling arbor ridge apartment and I have been calling arbor ridge apartments to try and get a number to a collection agency, today they told me they are owned again by a new property management asked if I had the apartment number I stated no but she asked for my name and like she could look it up instead she came back on the phone and stated without the apartment number I can not do anything this has been almost 2 years ago and no one keeps files this is not good for business for people who are trying to seek information for a debt that was paid off she told me to ask for a credit report I did that already from all 3 credit bureau's and they stated they don't see it but when I go in to apply for apartment but it does not have a name by it or anything so I spent money on 3 reports and 4 applications fees to get no where. to not know who this company is it doesn't even have an account number I need to this information so I can get this mystery off my report but no one wants to help once again I am getting the run around and nothing has been resolved it is still showing up that I owe a property complex and I am not understanding what's going on this is money down the drain hard earned money at that a 1000 dollars is not easy to come by for me and more than upset now and I am here trying to figure this out againDesired Settlement: I want this cleared off my report NOW I am upset I can not apply for any apartments because they did not hold their end of the bargain
