Review: This business refused to provide me with a detailed estimate and invoice despite my request for it three times. This then led to a conflict when I was dissatisfied with the work. I offered multiple options for resolution, e.g. second request for an estimate or invoice so that I could itemize the work done and pay them out but not pay for the portion of the work not completed, as well as offering to just have them finish the work. The business owner then came onto my property without notifying me to complete a token action to attempt to satisfy me and complete payment. I again expressed a desire for an estimate or invoice and was again denied and told he would return to complete the job to my satisfaction with no change in cost. The business owner then repeated his same actions as before, leaving my property a mess and then only communicating with me through his project manager asking when he would receive payment. At this time I still have not received an invoice for the work done, and have no written agreement/invoice/estimate with this company existing and a messed up property. I'm currently completing the project at my own time and expense.Desired Settlement: It seems that all avenues of resolving this issue have been exhausted. After having wasted a great deal of time, money, and effort, as well as having to continue to do so to return my property to an acceptable state, I would simply like an apology.

They are awesome!!!!!! Very professional, caring, and very knowledgable. I worked with [redacted] and he was very attentive and provided me with excellent recommendations. He even price matched my other tree estimates. Most importantly, these guys do excellent work, great clean up, and did a spectacular job trimming and lacing some of my trees. They ensured the light amber, adler, and tipuana remained healthy and trimmed up. They removed my yucca trees and grinded the stump. I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely call them up again for my yearly tree upkeep and recommend to all my family and friends.

I am very satisfied with the work done for me by Arbor Task Tree Service. The the estimate I received for topping my ash and pepper trees was reasonable and the work done on time as promised. All cuttings were picked up and hauled away. They even came back and took more off of my pepper tree when I decided that I wanted it shorter and at no extra cost.

I would recommend their work to family and friends.
