Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Arbortech never responded immediately when they were first notified the tree was in distress It took multiple call to get them to come treat the tree initially they never said it was being overwatered but said it needed nitrogen, thus the treatment The injected chemicals into the root system and sprinkled some compound on the soil the other two trees received the same treatment and are still alive, so, why did one just die? Arbortech was called about the trees condition, still dying/dead, and came back at that time [redacted] said the tree would "come back" and to give it days after which he would "do whatever it would take to make us happy"He also said he would send workers to work the soil around the tree the nest day and they never showed or calledAugust timeframe - pictures sent via message as well to Arbortech noting condition of tree October I called them and said the thirty days were well over and the tree was still dead and we wanted out money back and the tree removedthey finally removed the dead tree December - I informed them that the three trees - alive and dead- had developed scale which we treated at our own expense The lead kid with the crew took a leaf from one of the remaining live trees to take it back and see why it was turning black Never heard back - also he said he would bring a new tree on the 5th or 6th of December - He never returned with a new tree and never called December called owner [redacted] who said new tree couldn't be planted because of the season - not a good time to plant - I again asked for our money back saying they had failed us so many time I didn't believe himHe said he would come the next day at 12:to check the remaining trees I texted him our address and phone number He never showed or called as to why he disregarded out appointment I sent him the following text message to his phone Dec"So good to know your platitudes about your customer service are now confirmed From the owner to the guy who came to dig the tree out nothing you say can be believed You said you would be here at 12:and obviously that was just bs Shame on you!" We are tired of dealing Arbortech and their "commitment" to customer service which is just lip service! It seems we have no where to turn to get this resolved as only a fraction of what they have responded with is true We have no date for a replacement tree - we have no communication from them - we have no commitment whatsoever from them - this is a sad way to treat a veteran and retired persons who in good faith used the services of a company they thought was legitimate! Revdex.com please continue to help us get this resolved!!! [redacted] ***

On behalf of Arbor-tech Tree Service our company was hired by Mrs*** for a complete trim of property front and back in which customer walked the property with lead foreman and crew leader, when the trimmers got around to the back behind the pool they specifically asked Mrs*** how high
to trim the Leyland Cypress and her response was to trim them high enough where they can walk around the back of their pool without them walking into the Leyland CypressMr*** was not present at the time of the work being performed, there were many issues with Cypress and Cedars this past year and have not heard from Mrs*** for about months until now Cypress and Cedars are a slow growing tree and will take time to fill back inArbor-Tech's trimmers never trim unless authorized by homeownerWe went back several times free of charge and treated many bushes and Cypress which were already in bad shape, and also a removal free of charge in good faithArbor-tech honers all work and stands behind our workmanship but we do not feel that we are responsible for something we were asked to do by the homeownerWe at Arbor-Tech work very diligently with our sales consultants and provide hands on customer service

on behalf of Arbor-Tech Tree Service our number one goal is customer servicewe were called about the Magnolia tree and our plant health care associate responded immediately and preformed a treatment on the tree in which we explained to the customer that it was being over watered and rotting the
root system of the tree due to the amount of water from sprinkler, we allowed a few weeks to dry and let chemicals take, our company went back more times In which their were Magnolia scales on the tree and it was treated again, we contacted the tree farm in which they would not replace the tree because of the scalesArbor-Tech guarantees all trees for one year we have removed the sick tree and have scheduled a new tree install date, again our main priority in our company is to provide excellent customer service and to insure our company goes above and beyondWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Thank YouArbor-tech Tree Service

I am rejecting this response because:
Arbortech never responded immediately when they were first notified the tree was in distress.  It took multiple call to get them to come treat the tree initially.  they never said it was being overwatered but said it needed nitrogen, thus the treatment.  The injected chemicals into the root system and sprinkled some compound on the soil.  the other two trees received the same treatment and are still alive, so, why did one just die?  Arbortech was called about the trees condition, still dying/dead, and came back at that time.  [redacted] said the tree would "come back" and to give it 30 days after which he would "do whatever it would take to make us happy". He also said he would send workers to work the soil around the tree the nest day and they never showed or called. August timeframe - pictures sent via message as well to Arbortech noting condition of tree.  13 October I called them and said the thirty days were well over and the tree was still dead and we wanted out money back and the tree removed. they finally removed the dead tree 1 December - I informed them that the three trees - alive and dead- had developed scale which we treated at our own expense.  The lead kid with the crew took a leaf from one of the remaining live trees to take it back and see why it was turning black.  Never heard back - also he said he would bring a new tree on the 5th or 6th of December - He never returned with a new tree and never called.  20 December called owner [redacted] who said new tree couldn't be planted because of the season - not a good time to plant - I again asked for our money back saying they had failed us so many time I didn't believe him. He said he would come the next day at 12:00 to check the remaining trees.  I texted him our address and phone number  He never showed or called as to why he disregarded out appointment.  I sent him the following text message to his phone 21 Dec"So good to know your platitudes about your customer service are now confirmed.  From the owner to the guy who came to dig the tree out nothing you say can be believed.  You said you would be here at 12:00 and obviously that was just bs.  Shame on you!" We are tired of dealing Arbortech and their "commitment" to customer service which is just lip service!  It seems we have no where to turn to get this resolved as only a fraction of what they have responded with is true.  We have no date for a replacement tree - we have no communication from them - we have no commitment whatsoever from them - this is a sad way to treat a veteran and retired persons who in good faith used the services of a company they thought was legitimate!  Revdex.com please continue to help us get this resolved!!!
