I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to praise & thank David & his crew from Arbor Tex Tree Services for a superb job done David and his crew are great!! It started with David coming over to give a quote for tree trimming & removal I called several times & David never seemed bothered or to mind my many questions; if he was working & couldn't answer the phone, he always returned my call I actually requested him to come back to the house to look at another tree, and he graciously obliged David's professionalism & willingness to go the extra mile, made Arbor Tex Tree Services the company I chose As for the work done, all the men were professional & worked very hard throughout the day There was even a plant that was approx 1ft away from a tree they were removing, and I don't know how they did it, but the plant was not touched! These men were amazing to watch as they climbed, trimmed & removed trees They cleaned up all the branches, leaves, etc Other than the trimmed & missing trees, no one would ever know they had been there I will definitely recommend David & his crew to anyone I know who needs tree work, and if I need tree work in the future, I'll definitely be calling them again

My review is regarding Arbor Tex Tree Service I called different tree services to remove a large oak and [redacted] from Arbor Tex was the only one that called, texted, and came out to see what we needed He and his crew showed up when they said they would and all worked very hard to get this huge job taken care of in just a few hours Each team member knew his job and did it without any hesitation They cleaned up completely before leaving I highly recommend Arbor Tex Tree Service to anyone

Called this company to cut down a dead tree They came out within an hour and gave me a reasonable estimate and proceeded to cut tree down Within an hour, they had the tree down and the area cleaned Very pleased with their work

We had several price quotes for tree work that were both above and below the price given by Arbor Tex but because of the Revdex.com rating and the confidence we had after speaking with David, we decided to use them We had large oak and pine trees trimmed along with several smaller ones and two trees removed Every tree looked so much better after they were trimmed The work was very professional and timely and we were pleased with the entire man hard working crew The yard was left very clean of any small branches with the pool area cleaner than when the work began Any phone calls were returned very quickly and all questions answered to our full satisfaction If you are needing tree work, I would suggest you give them a call before you make a final decision about who you use for your tree work

I had a tree that was dying and leaning over my houseThe first estimate from another vendor was quoted way too highI emailed Arbor Tex Tree service on Saturday night along with a picture of the tree over my house and *** promptly called Tuesday morning(Monday was Memorial Day) He was very professional on the phone and visited the site that morningHe advised that the tree needed to come down that day and he could start immediately*** quoted me a great price for the tree removal, stump removal and cleanupI asked for a card so I could recommend his services to all of my neighbors

After reading the many excellent reviews for Arbor Tex both on Revdex.com listing and on Angie's List, we contacted the company for a cost estimate. David responded promptly and arrived later that day to see the trees that needed work done. He pointed out several tree branches that needed more attention in order to shape the trees properly (balanced). Also he advised us us to cut down one large branch with a squirrel nest near the trunk that could eventually rot and fall on the house. The cost estimate was as we expected, so we agreed on a tentative work day. That day/week we had heavy rain, so he scheduled our trees for a week later. David and his crew arrived that morning as expected and began work on several trees. My wife and I were very pleased with the results later that day. They carefully cut out all the mistletoe and dead branches out of two trees (they cut out the mistletoe "roots" as required on larger good branches). They cut off the lower branches of a hackberry tree that were twisted and ugly - it looks so much better now than before, as do our other trees now. After their pruning work was done, they carried off all branches, and even raked up the small branches and leaves. In summary, we are very impressed with Arbor Tex, and will highly recommend their tree service to my friends and neighbors.

I really appreciated the professional service I received from David and his crew. To start, he pulled over to accept my call. Great responsibility and commitment to safety and to the public. He came later that afternoon and provided detailed recommendations. He thought for me and checked out the weather and took care of business ahead of schedule. The crew was friendly and respectful. David was just as much apart of the team getting his hands dirty while managing several projects. I couldn't ask for more. Professionals is what I asked for, professionals is who showed up and completed a professional job. Would definitely request services from again! I feel safer in my house because of the stellar job!
