We had Arborcare by Kluver come to our house in the fall of for a quote on some tree removals and grinding of stumpsWe were impressed with his knowledge, and he offered us the option to have them come out in the winter months, at a cheaper rate
November came around , and we called to try and get a firmer dateHe told us that they would be out in December
As January came around, there was no sight or sound from themWe called again, he apologized, and said he would be in touch
It is now February 24, 2016, and still no phone call or visit
As one can see from this, the customer servicer is terribleI would NOT ever recommend this company, and I will most certainly not give them any further opportunities
