The owner of this company, Russell EN [redacted] Jr., made cuts on our tree stump, pour some granular concoction on it then wrapped it in plastic and advised to leave the plastic on for three weeks and the stump will have disappeared As you can see by the attached pictures, it hasn’t! Also, MrN [redacted] has been rude and verbally offensive and attacking with is evident in the messages he’s left me, attached as well He even posted this type of conversation to me on his Facebook page in front of “everyone” The public needs to know what kind of deranged individual they’ll be dealing with should they hire him for his services.Again, we want absolutely nothing to do with this business/owner We simply wanted it documented with your office so that others don’t have to subjected to this person’s offensive verbal abuse and incomplete work.Thank you very much,

On 9-18-@ 1:52pm we gave Mr [redacted] a free estimate to trim his dead ash tree in his back yard as well as putting a solution on his stumpAttached is a copy of the estimate and as you can see the original price to trim the tree was $with the stump costing $30.00.On 9-25-@ 3:16pm We did the job as there are also pictures attached, we only charged him $to trim the tree and $to put the solution on the stump, we advised Mr [redacted] to call us in days if the solution did not work, in which he waited one whole year to reply back to us on thumbtack at no point did Mr [redacted] give us a call to set anything up.On 9-1-Mr [redacted] contacted us threw thumbtack stating " still have the trunk which was promised it'd be removed" this is also attached the entire conversationOn 9-8-I sent one of my employees to take a look at the stump and to figure out what it is we needed to do since the solution did not work which was caused by the tree being so dead and dry that there was no moisture in the tree which caused it not to do what it was suppose to do.On 9-18-Mr [redacted] wrote us again on thumbtack stating " if you came to look at the stump on 9/8, im guessing thats ALL you did as its STILL THERE"On 9-23-Mr [redacted] made another reply stating " yeah know what, just forget it! what a way to do business!! Pathetic first wont take any payment other than cash and now this! your word means NOTHING! cant wait to pass the word SMH!On 10-1-Mr [redacted] made a new reply " Hmmm I guess they could carelessPlease change my rating of this company to one star Id give it less if it was an optionOn 10-2-We replied to Mr [redacted] stating " First off I would like to apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused you, I would also like to mention that we have been dealing with family issues on top of not having our secretary, so again I apologize, I would also like to inform you that we do not only take cash, we also take checks, credit cards etcSo with that being said I would like to make things right with you, also I would like to say that we did your stump for a very reasonable price cause we typically charge $an inch for the solution, so you do the math, also if your tree did not have any moisture to it as it was dead and dry, there would have not been a problemThe guy we sent to your property to fix the issue did not do what he was suppose to do so I apologize, So to make things right with you we are going to come out and grind your stump out, that way there is no further issueAs far as when we can come do that for you it will be the next time we schedule stump grindings, and I will get back with you to let you know.So with all that being said we have tried to make things right with Mr [redacted] , we were going to come out and grind his stump instead of the solution just to make things right which cost more money and we would have been paying out of pocket on our behalf just to make things rightPlease with all do respect Id like to return Mr[redacted] his $to make things right with this man I am willing to pay just for the inconvenience this has caused, when that is all we was trying to do was make things right with Mr [redacted]

Who wrote that?!? It can't be the owner of Arborist RN Tree Experts as that's not how he communicated with me (see attached to see how he REALLY talks to his customers!)!I have attached my response to include many of my conversations with this owner and , picture of the tree stump. Much this owner's and my communications were deleted by him as his rude, insulting and offensive comments were posted on his Facebook page, in a public forumnot too smart. However, many of his posts there were even worse, if not, threatening.Many thanks for your intervention and assistance in this matter
