I sent a company employee to give a bid on the job. It was not intended for the employee to secure a deposit at that time. I was not initially aware that my employee had received a deposit from Ms. [redacted] until I was informed by Ms. [redacted] that a payment had been made. We had a dishonest employee who is no longer an employee with us.  I did go out on Dec. 7th but the power company (I think [redacted]) had some issues with power lines and told us we could not do the job that day.  I will come out to take care of this.  Let me call [redacted] to be sure we are clear on this property now.
[redacted] needs 48 hours.  We can come on Friday, January 13th between 8 am and noon.  Please have homeowner contact renters to move any vehicles.

This company responded to my initial complaint with the resolution of completing the work as contracted. I accepted that as an acceptable resolution but as of this date, I have not had any contact with the company and the work has not been started. I am very frustrated. This company has not even attempted to actually remedy the situation. NO phone calls, no texts, no work even started, let alone finished.
DESIRED RESOLUTION:  Refund.  At this point I just want my money back so I can hire another company to do the work I have been waiting months for.

Review: The person was to provide tree REMOVAL for $250.00. After falling the large tree, he said that he did not remove it and all the debris left behind, but gave us a phone no. of the person who he said would remove it. The phone no. always went to voice mail, and the call was never returned. We had to hire someone else to come and remove the tree .Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of $125.00 and let others know of deceptive advertising. Two other phone numbers are listed in the ad: [redacted] and [redacted].

I found their ad in the Nickel's Worth. We made an appointment to meet. He not only didn't show up but didn't even call me to say he wasn't coming. Once I was able to make contact for another day they showed up but late! I was quoted $300.00 for a mountain ash & maple tree to be cut down & removed. They were scheduled to be at my home at 2:30 today. I left work early so I could be here when they arrived. At 3 o'clock I finally called to ask if they were still planning to come. I was told that they now want $400.00 to do the work even after it was put in writing for $300.00. I told him to not bother coming and that it is bad business practice to not call each time to cancel or postpone but now to change the price. He got irate and I guess all the God blesses are for show purposes only!! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for honest or Real God fearing people that when they say one thing stand by their word.
