This is a reply to Mrs*** ***'s complaint filed with the Revdex.com of San Diego.For some background: We did receive Mrs***'s 30-day withdraw notice stating that her daughter will not be attending our school after she finishes summer schoolWe normally process
deposit refunds after we close our books in August, before the new school year starts, and her deposit was processedTheoretically, Mrs*** should have received her refund check through the mail in the end of AugustWe write all checks (refund, reimbursement, etc.) at the end of each month On the last week of September, I received a call from Mrs*** that she didn't receive her $deposit yet, as well as a $over payment for tuitionI followed up with the administrator and she confirmed that the check had not been written yetFor whatever reason, the page on which her deposit, as well as other students' deposits were on, was unintentionally missedWe made sure that her check was written by the end of September, and it was sent to her address on file on the first week of October

My daughter, *** ***, went to this preschool however we needed to move her to another school closer to my work due to my job changeWe gave our days notice as required by the school's policyOn July 25, I asked about the refund check from the previous month over payment and the tuition deposit that was due to usI received a response on July that the refund check will be mailed to usOn Aug I sent a follow up email as the refund check never arrived to see if they did mail it and to what address, no response was receivedI sent another follow up message on Aug and to this date, I have not received the refund check or any response to my follow up emails
