My air has been out in my apartment for over a week with me and my 3 children the youngest being 5 years old. Living is 85 degrees temps, please help.On June 8th I noticed that my apartment was a little warmer then normal I cut the thermostat down to 60 degrees. I didn't place the work order until June 10th at 8:48am then my son said his nose has been bleeding, I told him that due to it being hot that was triggering the bleeds and I just placed the work order. Spoke with [redacted] and told her my issue that my apartment was not cooling properly, she said someone will be out. I called home around 4pm that day to asked my daughter has maintenance came she said no, I called the leasing office and spoke with [redacted] and he sent [redacted] to my home. My kids called me soon after he left and said he that them that my unit was cooler then other apartments and that since I live on the third floor that's as cool as its going to get and that my five year old should not run around so much and that's why he is hot. I was very upset but by time I received that information the office was closed. I called back the next morning June 11th and spoke with [redacted] and I explained to her everything that happened and she said that she will have the maintenance supervisor to come out. Again no one showed, I called the office and spoke with [redacted] about 4:00 pm and he stated that some one on there way. So I left work early so I could be there but I just missed them my son stated and he said that maintenance said that he will be back tomorrow to clean the inside coil. When I walked into my apartment it was 85 degrees so I immediately drove to the leasing office and spoke with [redacted] but I ran into maintenance [redacted] and he stated that he will clean the coil tomorrow. I told him that was not acceptable and went to speak with [redacted]. He stated that he would get things right just give him a chance, at that time [redacted] came in and stated that he will clean the outside condenser now. So [redacted] did clean it and added freon and it cooled a little. I work up at 2:00 am and it was again 85 degrees so I was very upset called the office again the next morning June 12th at 8:40am [redacted] stated maintenance will be there that morning before I go to work which was at 11:00am. Again no one showed I called again he apologized and stated that they were coming. Finally my son called and stated that they came and cleaned the inside coils and left a mess and said it should be working. I got home around 8:30Pm again it was 85 degrees and hot in my apartment especially in my boys room which they have yet been able to sleep in. So on June 13th I waiting until the office opened up and spoke with [redacted] he said that he will get someone out. I got off at work at 12:30pm and my son stated that no one has showed up, so when I got off work I went straight to the office and spoke with [redacted]. He stated that [redacted] the will be on his way. Again that did not happen until 2 hours later. At this point you would think I will be a priority but no. So when [redacted] finally showed he was not professional at all then stated that it was cool and the thermostat was not reading right, I told him that my boys room was very hot and I think there is something wrong with the ducts he said that the lady that lived in the unit before me wanted the duct fan disconnected and he connected it back and said that should work. He stated that he cleaned the outside condenser and added freon and it should get cooler sine it was low. Of course that did not work. I had to wait the weekend in the heat and purchase some fans. I forgot I also emailed [redacted] on June 13th with no one has replied. I called the office on Monday and spoke with [redacted] and explained my issues that I am having she placed me on hold and stated that she spoke with [redacted] and he going to replace the thermostat. I said ok, my son said he came that morning at 10:02am and left at 10:14am and stated that he will be back returning at 4:55pm replaced it at that time. I got home from work at 8:30pm the new thermostat was reading 85 degrees and hot again. I have left 4 messages for [redacted] at [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like for my air conditioning unit to be replaced because I am sure it does not take over a week for a repair. In the winter my apartment is cold and not its hot in the summer. It needs to be replaced I pay 800.00 a month in rent on time and I want my children and I to be comfortable until my lease is up.Business Response The a/c was replaced and duct work was repaired/replace 6/23/15. [redacted] left a message on Ms. [redacted] voicemail to make sure the repair was made to her satisfaction on 6/24/15 but she did not return his call. So we assume all repairs were made to her satisfaction.

There is no air in the apartments.The person I am co leasing the apartment with, called to put in a complaint about the air April 1. He was told by the landlord that a switch had to be turned off from the heat and the air would work. She stated that it was some kind of system they had. She also stated that the maintenance men were going around flipping the switches. I got an email saying they had been notified of the problem and that it was being put on hold, but never said why.Desired SettlementI just want these people to do their job! I had problems with them during the winter time not fixing the heat! We pay our rent on time and they never have a problem with us. Although even if either was a problem they are still supposed to keep their part of the deal satisfied! It get EXTREMELY hot in here during the night and I can barely sleep because I'm worried about my children safety. Even know I am up at 2:40am writing you! Could you please just have these people fix the air?! PLEASE!!

Failure to fix air after being guaranteed that it would be fixed.Called about air not working on 7/16/13 and left a message with emergency maintenance. Called on 7/17/13 and spoke with [redacted] and he told me that they received my ticket about my air. He told me that emergency maintenance will not come out after dark. I said that its not dark at 7:38and he said well they are not coming and I told him it doesn't make any sense having emergency maintenance if nobody is going to come anything when you have and emergency went by leasing around 3:15 pm and maintenance told me that he was right behind me and that he was on his way to fix my air. Called back before 5pm and spoke to [redacted] and he told me that he guaranteed me that someone fix my air by the end of the day. Its 6:29 pm and still no air it was 95 degrees today. This is unacceptable and a person cant live in these type of conditions. Its been almost 24 hours without air. If not fixed, I will be forced to break my lease.Desired SettlementI want to break my lease and my full deposit if my air is not fixed by noon on 7/18/13.Business' Initial Response The a/c was fixed on 7/18/13. Contacted resident to confirm that the issue was repaired on 7/22/13 and left a message on her voicemail but the call was never returned.
