Review: On May 12,2014 I applied to lease a 2+2 apartment at Arbors Parc rose. The next morning I came to drop off a holding check with the amount of $100 dollars. Later that day Noe the leasing manager called me saying he needed me and my co-applicant to go to the Social Security office to obtain a letter saying my social Security was valid my co-applicant did the same. After the social security office I dropped off the letters stating the social security numbers are valid. Hours later [redacted] one of the admin assistants called me to let me know my file was approved to drop off a proof of address. On m application I wrote down my home address I don't get any bills or letters there I explained to [redacted]. I get all my mail to a PO Box for the reason move alot and I dont want to keep updating my address. She said it was okay for me to bring the bills under the Po Box address. She also told me my move in date was 5/19/2014. She asked me to have all utilities turned on Monday and that I also needed home renters insurance with 100,000 Liability, she also told me to bring a cashier's check or money order with the total move in amount which was $2097. Before coming in to get the keys I called to turn on utilities, get renters insurance and get a cashier's check. I came in the office to pick up the keys asked for [redacted], Erica and Noe 3 people they had me dealing with they were all out to lunch. So I asked the girl Allen who was there for the keys. she was completely lost, she said she didn't know I was moving in she had no Idea where my file was. Then she was trying to find my file, she told me she had to fax it to her manager. Apparently the application was not sent to the person in charge of approving or processing applications, but they had already cashed my application check. I waited there for 2 hours trying to get an "answer" I finally gave up and said can you call me once the file is approved ? she said ok. When I got home I got a call from Allen asking for a copy of my co-applicant's SS card.

I would like these people to refund me the application fee 76 , cashiers check fee $15 and whatever charges the utility companies charge me for activating the services. They had me turn them all on + get renters insurance. These people are very rude they don't care about their tenants.They kept lying.

They don't respond to repair requests. They don't respond to inquiries by outside parties for rent verification. Absolutely the worst management I have ever experienced. As soon as my 1 year is over soon, I am definitely moving.

I wish I would have read the reviews online before moving here. Trust them. This place is NOT worth renting at. Please look elsewhere. You will NOT be happy here.
