In ref to the complaint # [redacted] I have a voice message from [redacted], [redacted].   She was the one to arrange...

the "block".  In the message, she states that she was not aware of a 72-hour cancellation policy and that it was never brought to her attention when she set the room block up.    The rate was $89 per night plus tax which consisted of lodging $1.78 and room tax of $4.45 for a total one night stay of $95.23.For a 2 night stay, the total should be $190.46.  My card to date has been charged $267.   Again, I have requested the full amount of $267 be credited to my card.Thank you.[redacted]
