Arby's, Lewis Center Store # 7054

The incident reported from the guest was investigated and was found that the guest that was in the Drive Thru was asked to pull forward while waiting on food to be prepared in order to service the other cars within the Drive Thru line. The guest did not pull forward far enough and was in
front of the door. After learning of the complaint, the Area Supervisor over this location, did reach out to discuss the incident with the guest. The Area Supervisor inquired whether the reporting guest notified a manager to try and get the person to pull further up out of the way of the door, and the guest said they had not. The Area Supervisor has apologized to the guest and we feel that the incident has been resolved. In addition, Arby's has provided the direction to the team in all locations to use the wording “Please pull forward past the doors” for any orders that need to be pulled up in the future. The guest appreciated this resolution. We believe that this resolves the incident involving this guest but also prevents the issue from occurring again in the future. We take all of our guests concerns very seriously and thank you for bringing this incident to our attention
