TCR Rooter is a perfect example of how not to run a businessMy wife and I purchased a house in May of We had TCR come and do some very basic plumbing work the same month Re-setting/waxing wobbly toilets, fixing a improperly installed shower drain, replacing o-rings on leaky fixtures, and insulating some exposed water pipe in a crawl space The original quote we received from TCR included some other line items that were things found during the inspection period but were easy enough to do myself and were already done by the time TRC showd up to perform the work I discussed with the tech what was already done and what needed to be done still The three guys they had on the job did the work, but strike was the absolute disaster of a mess they left behind They left without going over any work that they did and didn't even say a word to meJust got in their trucks and left After checking out the work that was done, I discovered old crappy tools covered in year old toilet wax left on the bathroom floor, nasty old o-rings left in the shower, water from who knows where everywhere I was a little angry but just chalked it up to forgetting to clean up Strike 2: (and this is a major one), one of the toilets that was re-waxed and set was done incorrectly The house sat vacant for another week while my wife and I prepared to move in Well on move in day what do we discover? A toilet that has been leaking from the sewer side from the upstairs to the downstairs for a week At this point I am madder than a wet cat and immediately call to have someone fix it The after hours plumber came and reset the toilet with a new wax ring at no charge, but didn't mention anything about the water damage that was caused in the downstairs bathroom ceiling At least it's fixed at this point So time goes on and I don't get an invoice from TCR Obviously I'm not clawing to pay them for this disaster Three months go by (it's now august 2016) without a word and then I receive an invoice in the mail Strike 3: The invoice includes all the line items of the original quote (half of which were not performed by TCR), and there is nothing about the damage that was created to the ceilingNot only that but each line item isn't even itemized Every line item of work says $and at the bottom there is a line item for parts and a line item for labor with seemingly random values that totaled over $Strike 9? I call to get a proper invoice, tell them they're trying to charge me for work that wasn't even done, and that I had to fix the ceiling after they royally screwed it up It took them almost a week to come up with a new invoice (after sending me an invoice for a different job) This invoice was still not itemized and didn't show a credit for the damage I finally got another invoice a while back, but considering all the above circumstances, I may just wait another months before paying After all, they seemed ok waiting to send me a proper invoiceI guess they don't want their money all that quick For the love of whatever you believe in, do not hire TCR rooter for any plumbing needs

Dear Sirs,To address the complaint made by Ms***,
case #***I first met Ms*** after she had been hospitalized and was
referred to our clinic by another clinic in townBased on the information I
was given I tried to help her in the best way I was ableWe discussed her
concerns and
scheduled another appointment for two weeks to which she was
agreeable.Three days later Ms*** called the
office in crisis and was put on my schedule for an emergency medication
management visitAt this visit she explained that things had changed and that
she was struggling and may have taken too many of her anxiety medicationsWe
discussed the dangers in doing so and I expressed my concern and that I would
like to discuss this with her doctor from Utah and her other doctor here in
Idaho before moving forward with her treatmentAgain, we set another
appointment for a week to discuss treatment plans. One or two days later I
received a call at the office from a concerned pharmacist where Ms*** was
trying to fill a prescription for *** that I had written for her
expressing concern that she now had at least three providers writing for the
same type of medications for her and also that with the prescriptions she had
recently picked up she should have enough medication for the rest of the month
and then someAt that point I canceled my order for the ***.I was able to contact her doctor in Utah
with whom I have worked on a personal basis in the pastHe expressed his
concern about her possible dependence and over use of the medication and that
she had an appointment with his office in 3-daysAt that point Ms*** had
scheduled another crisis appointment with me which I had the office staff call
and cancel because she would be following up with her doctor in UtahShe then
became upset on the phone and demanded to be seenWhen she was told the
schedule was full she informed the staff she was coming to the office and she
would not leave until she was seenI was busy seeing patient's when she came
to the office that evening so my colleague said that he would talk with her so
that I could continue seeing patients.Sincerely,Hyrum D*** FNP-c

The office staff is fantastic and scheduling an appointment is a breeze because of how flexible they are*** the audiologist is amazing and will help you with anything you needI have had nothing but positive experiences with hyman hearing and speech

I called TCR Rooter to my home in Flagstaff AZ on Feb 11, to clear a plugged sewer lineThe technician used one drum (100') and cleared some roots from the lineHe was at the house approx45-min total from arrival to departureWhen I asked him how far he went to clear the line he stated 120' - all the way to the streetI felt confident when he told me that because I believe the problem with the sewer is at the streetI later learned that one drum can only go 100' so there was no way he went 120' to the street I was charged $I left for Phoenix the next day
One week later (with nobody living at the house) my son went to the house and the sewer was once again plugged upI contacted TCR and they sent a technician (Sunday - Feb 19th) to clear the lineWhen I called and explained that they had just been out, the gentleman I spoke to stated if they had not completely cleared the line previously, there would be no chargeIf they found something else was wrong there

I made an appointment with T.C.RRooter to service a septic drain line clogged with rootsThe septic certification was delaying the close of a property I was sellingThe day prior, I hired a backhoe operator to locate and expose the septic tank and pipesT.C.RRooter determined that feet of drain pipe required replacementKnowing time was of the essence, they quickly quoted me $Anyone with any knowledge of plumbing labor and materials rates will grasp that this was a staggering overcharge, about four times what a high price would have beenMy buyers were on site, angry, and threatening to walk, so I agreedThis was predatory, egregious, and shameless T.C.Rwas aware that I had no opportunity to hire another plumber and took advantageThe buyer paid and I was required to take a cashier's check for $to my title company immediately, made out to the buyerI don't believe there was collusionThe property was then able to close escrow that afternoon

The customer visited Arbys.com and provided feedback on Saturday, August 1, That feedback was routed to me, the GL
Claims Manager for the franchiseeI personally spoke with the customer at length on Wednesday, August 5, During that conversation an apology was extendedThe offer to send gift cards that day was declined by the customer, who requested a refund insteadThere was no mention during that conversation by the customer about becoming illWe are internally investigating the issues alleged pertaining to customer service and voice mails left at a regional office and clearly cannot disclose any action that may be taken as a resultResolution was agreed upon with the customer, and a refund and gift card have been sent

We should start off with some of the very important issues here. I was tasked with resizing the master bedroom closet. Upon opening the walls, we found ductwork for the *** AC unit that was not anticipatedwhich was then subsequently moved to another location, aspects of the
project done by another contractor along with extra holes that HE miscalculated and then I, be default, became responsible for patching. When *** cites a four-day project, it should be recognized that it could have been four days if it had not been for these issues. Next, after moving the wall, we found out that the wall that the closet was built against was two inches deeper than the main wall of the bedroom which meant that the wall needed to be brought out. Considering too, that there was a window whose frame was now two inches too narrow, all had to be rebuilt. These three items alone added three additional days. *** initially said that when wanted to retain the balance of the closet so I rebuilt the original hanging bars and patched up the walls only to have her tell me then that she had decided to have custom closet components installed and that she would like me to smooth out the walls. Both *** and her husband noted how well the window turned out and matched the other window in the room. To be clear about the floor repairs, I specifically told her I could repair the holes from the previous location of the *** duct work and did so in a very satisfactory manner, a manner in which both she and her husband commented on how well the repairs looked. In taking down the walls, we noted that the floors had previously been sanded which meant the floors under the previous walls were raised about 1/inch and needed to be sanded. Again, I specifically told her that I would attempt to make this repair for her and TOLD HER IF I COULD NOT SHE WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. I did what I could before she ordered me off the project and she was not charged. The rear storm door is another matter. In replacing the previous door, I noted it's state of disrepair, obviously from excessive use and improper opening and closing. The door jamb itself had broken wood as a result of this misuse. There was NEVER any discussion about replacing a damaged jamb so I suggested filling the broken parts with a bit of wood filler and relocating the door closer. We are talking about over screws solidly in place around the entire door frame. It took two days to complete the project because after I had first installed the door, my partner Sean reseated the striker plate to allow for smoother closure. The door was in perfect working order when we left it and it was accepted by both she and her husband. Noting the condition of the previous door, I submit that any current damage is as a result of misuse and abuse as noted in the door previously removed. I will admit to mismeasuring and installing the ceiling fan in the incorrect location because as soon as this was noted, the fan was relocated and the hole patchedThe fan worked without issue as demonstrated numerous times prior to my departure. We have a written transcript of all text and email traffic including the original quote that corroborates my side of this discussion that I would be pleased to share. As this project moved along, many more issues were introduced that impacted the closure and I understand that she became frustrated with the timing. For the client, the patching and repairs done on a property in excess of years in age would have been acceptable but *** has a very critical eye that I can appreciate and respect. The issue here again is what was acceptable back in March becomes unacceptable six to six months later. This young lady was afforded significant considerations in both material and labor which if done by any other contractor would have been at least double or triple the cost. I warranty the labor portion of my projects with the guarantee that I will make good on workmanship issues. I obviously cannot guarantee failure in products such as the storm door, considering the fact that this door was their main point of entry and exit, I am sure it takes a lot of abuse and if the product is failing, it is through no fault of mine
