This person order two sandwiches and eat one plus half from other sandwich, he said he found hair in the second sandwich, and want full refund for both sandwiches, we offered to refund or exchange for one since he already eat the other one. He did not agree.
I am rejecting this response...
because:that is not how things happened. I ordered and found food in one of my sandwiches and wanted a full refund of my order due to having the first hair in my sandwich and also watching the lady in the back prep room fix her hair over the peep table. Should have given a full refund. How do u exspect a person to eat the other sandwich after finding a hair in the first one. There descriptions on the event is incorrect. They probally get plenty of complaints and issues. Not sure how they would know which person and incident
