bad as it gets
drove 35 minutes to get my wife an Arbys. ordered the 5 arbys special and wings. Ask for buffalo wings. At the pick up window requested some additional horseradish and regular Arbys sauce. drove home to find 4 Arbys, no Arbys sauce, spicey wings and one straw. Needless to say we will not be going back to that Arbys even though. we did go quite often and normally fine.

This is clearly a failure of our employees to satisfy our obligation. I am truly sorry for your inconvenience and I am also enclosing a check to you in the amount of fifty dollars as requested.   My family has been in the transportation business in Bloomington and Monroe County since 1919 and I am in my 34•h year as president. Currently, our industry is experiencing tremendous pressures from all sides making it extremely difficult to provide the quality service one expects from our industry (a much larger issue for conversation). I took my 2 1/2 yr old there. Meet with the owner for the evaluation. He needed speech services, not a surprise. But then she asked the type of insurance I had, I told her and she got happy said "oh good, you have good insurance. They give you X amount of visits per year and its June so we have all those visits. I'll write the evaluation o that we can get all those visits, so we'll see him twice a week." Should've known then this wasn't the place for us. I had noticed the children going to their sessions without a parent, so I asked if it was okay that I attended each session as I am not comfortable with my child going in without me. I was told that it was no problem.
We went to the 1st session therapist try's to get to stay in the waiting room. We get into the room and I could tell that she was doing things differently because I was there. She said I should teach my son to sign and that eventually he would start taking. 2nd session that same week. Again she try's to get me to stay in the waiting room. Get back to the room and she tells me that I should think about letting him come back by himself etc. I finally had to ask her if she was going to be able to work with us as I was not going to let him attend sessions without me being present. She literally huffs and puffs and then repeatedly told me I could do whatever I wanted that she didn't care. After that one I decided Hyman was not for us. And now I find out that Hyman recommended a hearing test for my son, however NEVER told me!!!! So wasted time because of them when my son could be getting help. I would strongly not recommend Hyman Speech

The office staff is fantastic and scheduling an appointment is a breeze because of how flexible they are. [redacted] the audiologist is amazing and will help you with anything you need. I have had nothing but positive experiences with hyman hearing and speech.

My family and I will never eat at this Arby's restaurant again. Extremely rude staff, the restaurant was filthy and we were told if we need more than 4 sandwiches, we must call ahead and order in advance.

My name is [redacted]. I am the general manager at Arby's on Concord Pike, Wilmington DE. Incident number 10830992 was resolved. This guest received a credit in the amount of $37.02 and redeemed the very next day.

I have been a customer of AdSpeed for about 15-years. During all that time their site has works very well, their support has been very good, and they have done a lot to propell us forward! We highly recommend AdSpeed!

I went to Arbys Sunday 10/19/2014 and order a roast beef cheddar cheese meal with a dr.pepper. I went home and ate my sandwich and drank my soft drink, I went to eat my ice and the ice was melted with black mold or something in the ice and my cup. Which I had already consume. I try to call the location after about 20 mins someone finally answer the phone no one was concern at all, very rude and didn't not care. I had to call back and get the managers name. After several hrs consuming the black stuff, I started vomiting with diarrhea and painful stomach pain, this lasted for several hours so I went to the ER. I tried to reach out to the store but the manager was not concern at all and said I was lying. Very hostile and did not care he was giving me a hard time and tried to educate me how I was not sick from consuming black non eatable ice. And it never happen. The owner gave me a call screaming at me very rudely not caring for the product or the consumer. He yelled at me for about 20 mins and I hang up on him. Because as a woman the abusive tone the owner had was very threating. He didn't care one bit that I was sick from the food he is serving. this was the worst service I have ever had. It speaks volume of a owner treating his customers they way he did. When a customer gets a bad product, they have every right to complain. I felt he was harassing me and intimidating me as a woman. He never once apologized to me or wanted to see being the consumer if his product was safe or healthy for customer. I never felt belittled by a person until I spoke to the owner he made me feel even more uncomfortable speaking with him I am already sick from this ice product that I didn't deserver extra stress on top of get sick. He kept speaking over me yelling so I found in my best interest to end the call. He had no right screaming at me. I have had a very large number a people tell me how dirty the location is and how the employees don't care let alone the manager. Food poison is a big issue he had no compassion.Product_Or_Service: ICE/DR,PEPPERDesired SettlementI would like for the owner to stand up. And take responsibility of his restaurant, and the unhealthy products he is serving to the customer. He need to help me with his insurance company and help me with my hospital bill due to food poison that I got from consuming his ice product. I would feel very comfortable speaking with since he is a bully and has no desire to be calm and somewhat nice. I would like to speak to the insurance company directly. I have medical records and bill from the ER.

Review: EVERY WEEK A ADVERTIZING COMES IN OUR LOCAL PAPER WHICH STATES 5 REG ARBYS FOR $5.95 BUT EACH WEEK THE BUSINESS ON TIMBERLAKE WILL NOT HONOR THE ADD. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTIZING.THE MANAGER IS AWARE OF THIS BUT STILL CHARGES US 5 REG ARBYS FOR $7.95. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER FOR US. THE ADDS ARE CURRANT EACH WEEK. BUT WE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF.Desired Settlement: REFUNDS FOR AT LEAST 6 WEEKS. ON OVER CHARGES.

The advertisement that you are referring to is not placed by my company but by a regional co-op and the disclaimer on the 5 for $5.95 promotion clearly says “at participating restaurants” and I do not participate with respect to that promotion. I have signs informing the guest that I do not participate and setting forth my deal prominently displayed at the restaurant entrances, registers and drive thru. I hope this clarifies any confusion. MY REPLY TO THAT IS THAT AT THE TOP OF EACH OF THE ADS LISTS THE NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF THE PATICIPATING ARBYS AND IT PLAINLY STATES THAT ARBY AT 21717 TIMBERLAKE ROAD,LYNCHBURG,VA IS A PARTICIPATING ARBYS. THIS STILL IS A PROBLEM FOR BUSINESS PRACTACES AND I WOULD LIKE A REPLY TO THIS. Regards, [redacted]

We participate in the coupons. That deal which the guest references is an advertisement not a coupon. This advertisement is on the flyer that the coupons come on. That ad does have a disclaimer on it that states valid at participating restaurants. I have signs posted informing the public that this Arby’s does not participate in the 5 for $5.95 promotion.
