I own a restaurant named ***. All of the sodas and beer run off of CO2 which is filled and maintained by Arc 3. On 3-9-2020 I had a leak somewhere and all my CO2 leaked out. I called Arc3 all day long. I called the 1 800 number and I called the local location. Each time they said someone will call me back. No one ever called. This isn't the first time it's happened either.
Repair I want my CO2 filled. I want Arc 3 to fix there *** poor customer service.
We have communicated with Mr., the owner of ***, and spoke with him about his concerns. There was a communication issue that has now been resolved and actions have been taken to keep this from happening again. Mr. has also been provided with direct contacts as well going forward if he were to need them. Arc3 Gases is committed to addressing any customer concerns to ensure that our customers are receiving the best service available.
