I know the Revdex.com is typically used to write negative reviews but I wanted to say how happy we are with our new window coverings and installation provided by Premier Window Fashions. They matched our lowest price on faux wood blinds and even installed the blinds sooner than expected! I have already recommended them to friends and family members.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who would like to get window coverings or the like for their home. This company has EXTREMELY poor customer service and is nonresponsive. We had a free in-home estimate from an arrogant salesperson who claimed to previously be the best installer the company ever had. He arrived late and was ill prepared for the appointment. After the appointment ended, we were assured we could get an itemized estimate within a few days. It has been close to a month and many attempts to contact the salesperson have gone ignored. Also, we tried every number available to contact this company and NO ONE was ever available to assist us. It is a wonder how this company makes any profit with such ridiculously poor customer service. We have decided to go with another company with excellent customer service and better prices. The new company we decided to go with also presented us with more options for window coverings that were not presented to us previously. This tells me that no only was the Premier Window Fashions salesperson arrogant, ill-prepared and nonresponsive, but he was also lazy and not helpful. He did not present us with all options available. Those employed by this company need to take a lesson in customer service. If I were the owner of this business, I would be ashamed at the quality (lack thereof) of service provided.
