ARC Contracting of Wisconsin, Inc

I am writing this review at the request of ARC Contracting after repairing my residence from hail damage.
In the beginning I was working with a Project Manager named Pete [redacted]. Below is an account of my interaction and dissastification with [redacted] representation.

I feel that you have not been factual with me.
You have told me on numerous occasions that you are in contact with my adjuster.
Not True!
You even told me that you know him personally.
Highly doubtful.
After I spoke with you regarding my previous email on April 23, 2015 about contacting my adjuster regarding your inability to replace the cladding on my skylights and instead you wanted to replace the skylights.
As of today (4/29/15) my adjuster informed me that you, nor anyone from ARC has contacted him regarding any issue with my hail damage claim.
If this is the way you are going to do business then I do not want ARC Contracting working on my house.
Please return or refund the $8,500 I have paid to you.
If you fail to honor my request promptly then my next step is to file a complaint with the Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner and the Revdex.com.

I was contacted by [redacted] Wyatt [redacted] regarding the above email. After that things begin to go rather smoothly as [redacted] was overseeing much of the job.
There was a large crew 6 (which later grew to 9) of [redacted] people working on my house so interaction with them was extremely due to our language barrier. Their work was fast but the job did take longer that [redacted] had first alluded to and I had expected it would. The one thing that [redacted] repeated was that after the job was completed was that his crew would go over the lawn "with a fine tooth comb" to ensure that no roofing nails were left behind. Not True. After the crew left I borrowed my neighbors wheeled magnet and I picked up over 3 pounds of roofing nails. As I was picking them up [redacted] stopped by and said he would help. He took the magnet and made one single loop around the house, found no nails and left. I continued to use the magnet looking for roofing nails and located probably another pound of nails. If I had of only had to work with [redacted] then I would highly recommend ARC Contracting. However the working relationship with [redacted] has left an unpleasantness with ARC Contracting.

We were very impressed with ARC Contracting. After a hail storm caused damage in our area, many contractors were in the area. Most were just running around and handing out cards with phone numbers. ARC took the time to give an opinion. When we asked them to come back for an inspection and appraisal, they came in a timely manner. They worked with our insurance company, saving us the hassle of justifying the cost of the needed work. They came and completed the work in less than a week. They cleaned up the mess and made sure that all aspects of the job were complete before giving us the final bill. The men who worked on the site were professional and in control of their language. There were no offensive behaviors or lack of respect from the workers. We were very pleased and impressed with the professionalism of the company.

ARC was scheduled to begin work months prior the them showing up. They were to replace our roof, and siding of one side of the home and some window screens as well as a light fixture which were damaged in a storm. They showed up to work on the roof and we received a call in the afternoon to come to the house. The had stripped down and had half the roof reinstalled and wanted to show us that they were installing the wrong color roofing. We had picked out a light brown and they installed a brown, blue, green blend. We felt that as half the roof was already up we had little choice but to say ok.
They did not return for weeks. When they did finally begin siding, they had the wrong color again. It again took weeks for them to return at which time I noticed the facia was the wrong color - weeks again before the return. Finally - an inspector came out to review and assured me that they would have a crew out by the end of the week to address a damage area above the garage as well as to clean up - the inspector did not feel the cigarette buts or roofing dirt was adequately cleaned.
They did not show up at all to address the cleaning.
Then I received an invoice.
I refused to pay as they had not EVER returned to complete the area above the garage.
The returned again and assured us they would be out to fix, they were sorry.
Weeks pass by and someone shows up and the work is finished.
We received a Menards card for $50.00 for our troubles.

ARC Contracting was great to work with. Our project manager handled all of the details from start to finish. The installers did an excellent job. The rest of the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. We would recommend ARC Contracting of Wisconsin.

We contacted ARC Construction after our house in San Antonio, Texas was pelted by hail in April 2016. The night the hail hit it busted through the 3 sky lights and caused damage inside the house. We felt sure there would be more damage to the house including the roof. Within 2 days, Ryan [redacted], from ARC Construction inspected the damage inside and outside the house and identified the damage. After our initial call to our insurance company, Ryan handled all the communication with our insurance company including all the paperwork for us. As promised, the roofing crew and the materials arrived as promised. The roofing crew did an awesome job including the cleanup afterwards ensuring all debris and nails were picked up from the ground.

Just a note to show my appreciation for the ARC Restoration & Contracting Company. They completed the hail damage work in a timely fashion and even spent their time working with my insurance company to get the full amount of the claim. The insurance company was not following through and ARC people caused that to happen. All work was satisfactory and the ARC inspector, Quicken Loans inspector and myself all were pleased with the final results. I would give special thanks to my project manager Brad and Wyatt for their efforts as well as Brian who did some installation work. A BIG thanks to all.

ARC did a great job on my roof that needed 4 old ones torn off first. Everyone involved was very professional and readily accessible to answer any questions I had. Would not hesitate to use them again.

They all did a great job. They work with the insurance company to help you with your claim. The installation that was scheduled was done on time.

ARC was contacted to replace my roofing, gutters and replace some siding after a hail storm damaged my home. ARC handled the repairs in a very professional manner and kept me informed of progress along the way. I appreciated working with this company and would call them in the future if the need arises.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I will contact ARC for future projects and I will also recommend them to everyone.

ARC Contracting did a wonderful job on both my parents and my own home. They were great to deal with and answered all our questions and concerns. We would use them again.
