Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took my wekder in for warranty work and had to pay for $50 for something I never requested and they never called prior for authorization. Never repaired the problem never returned my phone calls. Nothing but run around. Don't seem to be very conscientious about their work or customer loyalty. Bad real bad.
