Arc Electric & Lighting Corporation

I used this company 3 times for services. When I called about a discrepancy on my bill, the owner was very rude and dismissive of me. He also let me know that they charge me for the travel time that it takes the electricians to get to my location and the travel time to the next job when they are finished with me. I bet they are also doing that to the next customer for the day, double dipping. I had hired them to fix an outlet that quit working and it took them 7 hours to figure out that it was unplugged in the basement. The owner, Todd told me I should have known enough to tell them I had a basement....I didn't go to school to be an electrician, so being charged $600 to plug something back in seems ridiculous, their mistake, not mine. Also, I had 5 things for them to fix, 2 outlets, and 2 light fixtures and a bathroom fan. They fixed 2 of these items and I was charged a little over $1400. For that price you think these things would have been fixed. Be careful doing business with this company unless you can afford to pay a lot for a little!! Try not to interact with the owner, Todd as he is as rude as they come!
