After years in business we have encountered just about every situation. Everything from making mistakes to dealing with upset customers With this type of business that we run in a small town every little situations turns into a huge one and impacts us greatlyWe stride to make sure
that every single customer leaves with a smile and has his needs meetThat being said this customer has crossed the line with his ridiculously mean attitude towards our
staffAfter doing business with this customer for years we have learned exactly what type of person this is. No matter the situation we have never had a pleasant time serving this customer Our company is designed to take care of the customers' needsEvery time this customer has came into our shop he wanted everything for nothing and as cheaply as possible. After this unit leaves our shop half fixed due to the cheapness and not fixing it like you should, it comes right back with another issueThis customer brought his unit into our shop on 7/31/with an issue with deck belt
falling offAfter
inspecting this unit we found super super worn out idler pulleys on deck
Replaced them and tested
unitSent unit out the door good to
go. On 8/15/330pm Friday this unit
was received with a deck not mowing issueAfter inspecting the issue "THREE HOURS TIME" we found was the belt was still on deck and all idlers still in 100% conditionWe found the issue to be a non deck related issueIn our defense if this was our fault we would have taken care of this customer and sent him right back out the
door with thanks againBUTThe phone call apon receiving this unit on 8/was extremely disrespectful with everything from "You better fix this for free"
and "this is your fault". We looked at this unit immediately and after realizing what we have found we set this
customers unit aside to be worked on when it was his time. Our units go thru a system to that every customer gets treated fairlySame day PM 8/this customer calls and spoke with our receptionist and was extremely rude in the way he demanded answersOn 8/customer called in again and we proceeded to explain to him that our technicians do not work on Saturdays he proceeded to do his usual with more demands. 8/He called to check on unit and has informed us that this unit be fixed or there is going to be trouble8/18/2015- CUSTOMER CALLED TO SEE IF WE WERE DONE - HE TOLD US THAT IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE THAT WE SHOULD MAKE HIM WAIT THIS LONG WHEN HE THINKS IT WAS OUR FAULT THAT THE PROBLEM OCCUREDAfter our receptionist got off the phone we have never seen her so upset or a situations like this beforeWe have then decided that this is no customer that we want to do business with8/18/2015-CUSTOMER CALLED IN AND SAID HE WANTED TO TALK TO DUSTIN, DUSTIN TALKED TO *** AND TOLD HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO COME PICK UP HIS MOWER AND THAT WE WERE NOT GOING TO BE FIXING IT DUE TO HIS POOR ATIITUDE AND HOW RUDE HE IS TO US, NOT ONLY ON THIS OCCASION BUT ON PRIOR*** CAME IN TO PICK UP HIS MOWER AND TOLD DUSTIN THAT HE WAS A "STUPID ***"HE THEN WENT ON TO SAY THAT HIS SON TOLD HIM THAT WE WERE "STUPID ***" AND THAT HE AGREES WITH HIM NOWDUSTIN TOLD HIM THAT HE HAD MINUTES TO LOAD UP HIS TRACTOR ANDTO LEAVE THE PROPERTY BEFORE HE WAS GOING TO CALL AUTHORTIES*** WENT OUT AND STARTED TO LOAD UP HIS TRACTOR AND ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES HELPED HIM LOAD ITWE ARE NO LONGER TO DO BUSINESS WITH *** ***After this entire event has happen we have had company meeting on how to avoid situations like this and how to handle customer when this happenThese complaints and concerns that were made by *** *** are factsWe have complete surveillance footage of everything from the first time we worked on it to the day that he came in our office. This footage with show this customer was out
of line and extremely disrespectful
