We looked through my fiance's credit report and came across this unknown debtWe sent a debt validation letter (used a template from myfico forums)The letter was not rude at all or anything like that, just firmWe even offered to pay the debt if he could validate and prove that it was [redacted] 'sWe received a letter back yesterday with a copy of the letter we sent with the word "no" handwritten on there an underlined twiceWell, little does the man know that the demographic sheet they sent us with " [redacted] 's" information, isn't even my [redacted] 's debtIt was for a different person with the same nameNOW, I will be a little more firm and send them a demand for deletion from his credit report

I felt personally attacked and offended by voice mails left by Mr***I was even told by him I was a liarI truly understand collectors however it was personal with himInstead of professionalism I could hear anger and verbal abuseI have saved voice mails and figuring out what to do with them Please if you want professional collecting for your business DO NOT USE ARC Services!

I had a negligent account with a Dr due to a misunderstanding with the insurance we had at the timeThe owner of ARC, *** sent several letters that were addressed in my child's (patient) name who was under She threw them out thinking she was in trouble for somethingNot ARC's fault however, when this man started calling my ex husband trying to get info from him and even going so far to add my ex's name to my daughter's bill, that was too farThen when I contacted the Dr today and made a payment arrangement, then contacted Mike to inform him of this and tell him I didn't appreciate him calling my ex, he first hung up on me, I called back and he said he didn't want to talk to me ever again and if I wasn't willing to make the payment to them or let them know the payment arrangement with the Dr, that he would not update my account with the credit bureausA very rude business owner and by him making this statement, proves he's not out to get accounts resolved for his clients but to make money for himself

Well, little does the man know that the demographic sheet they sent us with "[redacted]'s" information, isn't even my [redacted]'s debt. It was for a different person with the same name. NOW, I will be a little more firm and send them a demand for deletion from his credit report.
