Hands down the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They damaged my basement door when removing my fridge. I did not even receive the check for the fridge for months. I filed a complaint for the damage caused to my property. I was told only half of the amount it would cost to fix the damage would be compensated. It has been months and they still refuse to send the check out. No one will return my phone calls or emails about it. When I finally get a hold of someone it is lower level people claiming to know nothing and insist a supervisor will call back (who never does). I filed a complaint with the BBB and small claims court is next. NEVER call this company ever.

I had a pickup scheduled for a refrigerator for a month, and last night I received a call to confirm the time they'd be here today. I called ARCA this morning to get a better idea of the time and was informed that the pickup was cancelled due to a mechanical problem with 'the' truck. They couldn't give me any more information or another date. I'm amazed they only have one truck and can't offer to rent another. I now have two refrigerators in my kitchen and can't live like this with no idea when it will be resolved. This is pathetic service. I'm old and can't deal with it, but the most I could get from the representatives I spoke with was to have a nice day.
