I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However I still find that the Public Relations Individual, ***, found the need to still get in a nasty comment by stating that they hoped my daughter enjoyed meeting with santa "despite her mother" I still find this business to be rudeMy daughter did NOT enjoy meeting with Santa as she was FROZEN cold by the time we arrived there due to the lack of HEAT on the train carI hope they do much better next year for the sake of the poor fools that will go to itRegards, *** ***
