Arcade Restaurant

My order was not accurate and I was denied a refund.On April 23,2016 I placed an order over the phone as I have done many times before without incident. I ordered 4 catfish filets and two sides of potato salad. I get to the restaurant and pay for my order. The price was 17.45 which is reasonable. After I paid for my order I noticed it was lighter in weight than my usual order, so I opened up the plate. There were 2 catfish filets cut in half to look like 4. Of course this was unacceptable. The cashier called a waitress over and she said that they could not ring up 4 filets which sounded odd because this is the only thing I order at this restaurant. She said there was nothing she could do so I asked for a refund. The cashier said she was unable to give me a refund because I had paid with my debit card, a manager would have to do it and there was no manager on site. She took my phone number and said a manager would contact me. After not hearing from a manager I sent the restaurant an email through their website. The money was taken out of my checking account 4-25-2016. To me that's stealing. I paid for goods that I did not receive.Desired SettlementRefund my money.
