First of all, this business requires a person who wants to schedule an appointment online to create an accountBut in order to create an account, you must give all your credit/debit card information for the business to have on fileThat's right, even before you book an appointment or can even look at available times, you have to give this company your full credit card information onlineThis felt rather unseemly and made me hesitant to even try them out from the get go, but against my better judgment I went ahead [redacted] , who I believe is a manager, was unhelpful and unprofessionalWhile I usually use my debit card for purchases, I lost my wallet the evening before and took the precaution of cancelling my cardWorking full time, the only way I could pay at the time of the appointment was by checkThe salon's website made no mention of the fact that I could not pay by check as far as I can tell and so I assumed it would be no problemIt certainly wasn't on the website's homepageHowever, when I asked before the appointment if checks were accepted, and when told no I stated that I did not see this mentioned on the website, this was thrown back in my face when [redacted] said "you thought to ask, you should have called to see if we accepted checks"Also, when I first asked if they accepted checks, she stated "Yeah, maybe if it was the 1980's"She was unwilling to allow me to reschedule so that I could come in at a time when I could pay in some way other than by check without charging me doubleNot only was [redacted] unwilling to work with me towards reaching a solution, but she was sarcastic and rudeShe also tried to pressure me to call someone to give their credit card information over the phone on my behalfHowever, from my understanding, the price is not determined until after the haircut so I could not even tell someone how much their card would be chargedI would never feel right asking someone to do thisI could have paid right then by check or they could have rescheduled me without trying to charge me double, but they were unwilling to do either

They have double standards After years of being their customer, I missed an appointmentI never missed one before and they charged me even though I did not goThey refused to put me in another slot and I asked instead of charging me they trade for productThey would not do that eitherBUT when my stylist was not there one day I had to go with another stylist without any notice who cuts hair differently than my regular girl!! I don't care what they say, they each have their own technique and do not cut the same! As I said, they play by their own rules and buyer beware!!! They could not cut me any slack after I don't knowhair appointments? Crazy and a bad business move for themI will be treated better elsewhere

One of the owners is incredibly rude and lacks serious professionalism I wish I could attach pictures of the emails she sent me In my entire lifetime I’ve never had a business owner talk to me or treat me such a way especially when I was being respectful and incredibly polite Again I wish I could attach pictures just to prove this point because the evidence is clear
