Review: I won a game tournament on this site a couple weeks ago and received notification recently saying the prize status was unconfirmed because my paypal account I entered on arcadeweb was not verified. They told me I could verify my paypal account in the message they sent and then email them at [email protected] and they would then credit the money to my paypal account. They have not responded to my messages despite me sending multiple messages and despite me having verified my paypal acocunt. Additionally, I am receiving popups on the site saying I need to update my paypal email address in order to receive my prizes which I have already done by confirming my paypal account but they are refusing to acknowledge this. My account info is locked from being able to edit it pending prize confirmation so even if I needed to change my paypal email address now, I could not because they won't let me edit my personal info. I would gladly open a new account and verify it if they were to tell me that I need to do that and if they removed the lock on me being able to edit my personal info because I'm pending confirmation of a prize they aren't going to confirm anyway. Anything else I need to do I'd be glad to do but they need to communicate that to me if that is the case. They haven't had any communication with me since sending the generic message saying my paypal address wasn't verified. My paypal account is now verified so I don't know why I keep receiving this generic popup saying it isn't verified.
