ln September of I traded in my Van and got dollars for itBought a used Ford Explore Sport Trac truck 105, miles on itThe day after we got it home, the truck wouldn't startNeed a new alternate.I replaced that myself cost a about dollarsThe truck started leaking coolantI replaced thermostat housing (included new thermostat)Not even two months of owning it the engine over heated, lost coolant and either blow the head gasket or cracked the headI was told I need a new engine dollarsReally I haven't even made a second payment on the truckoh I could return the truck and they could do a trade in value on the truck an put us in another vehiclewith the cost of a new vehicle added on to our loan I all ready have minus the trade in amountWhat?!!! Are you kidding me?! No thank you! Certified Pre-Ownedyeah I don't think so! Crooks that's what I think! ln September of 2015 I traded in my Van and got 500 dollars for it. Bought a used 2004 Ford Explore Sport Trac truck 105,000 miles on it. The day after we got it home, the truck wouldn't start. Need a new alternate.I replaced that myself cost a about 160 dollars. The truck started leaking coolant... I replaced thermostat housing (included new thermostat). Not even two months of owning it the engine over heated, lost coolant and either blow the head gasket or cracked the head. I was told I need a new engine 4000 dollars. Really I haven't even made a second payment on the truck... oh I could return the truck and they could do a trade in value on the truck an put us in another vehicle... with the cost of a new vehicle added on to our loan I all ready have minus the trade in amount. What?!!! Are you kidding me?! No thank you! Certified Pre-Owned... yeah I don't think so! Crooks that's what I think! I will never purchase another vehicle from Arcadia Chevrolet. I will never recommend this dealership... Matter of a fact I will do just the opposite.... I will tell everyone to steer clear of this business...
