Four years ago I hired this company to renovate my bathroomthey ordered the wrong materials, installed the tile incorrectly and took double the time quotedthe workers cut my granite counter outside on saw horses with no protection between the granite and the saw horses, which resulted in scraps on the countertopi complained several times about the problems which there are too many to totally describe hereThem to top it off the owner came over to look at things and hung my towel bars uneven! all I wanted was to be rid of them!! but now, when I wanted to have my bathroom repainted, the painter found soft patches on the outside of the shower wallopening the wall we found leaks and BLACK MOLD! the shower pan had been improperly installed and now we have to have the wall and floor of the shower torn out and replaced! The tile is years old so chances are we won't be able to match it so we are looking at a whole new remodel! BEWARE, it takes more time to realize a leak than their warrantee covers They are a bad choice!
we have contact Feb/10/and we paid $deposit for master bath shower they did not delivered whats on the contract after complain they ripe everything off and demolish our floor to put fiber glass shower pan which we paid Cultured marble they did not install material probably now when you step in shower makes a lot of weird noises after complain this they came and remove floor tiles and make hols on shower pan and spray some chemicals to fix the problem and it did not fix problem now we have demolish floor with missing tiles and they want to open ceiling to fix problem but they are the one demolish floor using heavy tools to break shower panel which we order shower pan whole family we are under stress about this stationThey left without solving the problems and fixing our floor .on the phone they treat us and they been very rood far away being professional now they are not taking phone calls we just want to get job please help us out
