They were professional and took the time to explain the cuts they would be making and how this would affect the health and future growth of the trees. I booked Alliance Tree Care to obtain an estimate to have a large spruce tree pruned. The tree branches had grown over the back fence and were hanging over into my neighbour's yard. Barring that issue, the tree was fine. Simon came out to provide the estimate. After hearing the issue with the tree, he removed two offending branches from the tree and quickly solved my problem - at no charge. My first experience with Alliance was certainly a very positive one. I would not hesitate to call them again and will definitely refer friends and family to Alliance.

Alliance Tree Care took out a tree on the boulevard in front of our home today. The crew was friendly, very interactive with each other and others, took the time to explain what they were doing (my snoopy sister-in-law ran out to speak to them, lol), they worked hard, not wasting a moment, and the best thing of all, they removed all of the debris and cleaned and raked our yard afterward! Bravo guys, you did a great job!!!
This is one of the best companies I have worked with. They are very friendly, understanding and professional. The crew showed up on time and were very cautious as to where the debris fell. Once complete they made every effort to clean the work area. The next day the second crew arrived and again were very courteous and professional. They also cleaned up after themselves very well.
