I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am not satisfied because not only was the service not up to par; messy floor in front of the dryer, black marks on the dyer, but Chelsea was bullying me when I called the office to discuss thisIt would cost probably $to have my dress cleanedBut that is not the pointThe point is Chelsea was very rude and did say those thingsAnd I would like someone to try to make some type of reparation

The *** couple came in and looked at the GE refrigerator that I hadI was able to get the refrigerator delivered the following Monday because refrigerators of this size take two delivery driversI asked multiple times that they were sure it would fit and Mr*** said yesI told them I
asked because there was a no refund policyMrs*** signed our "delivery rules sheet." It states that all cosmetic issues are not covered under warrantyWhen my delivery drivers arrived at the homeThe drivers had to remove the front door and move furnitureWhen they got to the kitchen the opening for the refrigerator was only inches wideMrs*** said to leave it in the dining roomMrs*** did not point anything out to my delivery drivers before they leftWhen she called and said the drawer was broken $ was baffled because it went from the show room to the truck and into their homeI apologized if plastic did get cracked when they were bringing it in but they did have issues because the proper measurements were not takenI told Mrs. *** that if we got a refrigerator like that again I would call her and she could pick up replacement drawers and was hung up onWe will not be refunding the"amount of the refrigeratorThe customer signed the receipt that states" No Refund Policy' and the "Delivery rules"

When *** called to set up the appointment she was told at that time the labor fee would be $because she specifically asked if we had a set rate. We set her service call up for May 12th for the time window of 1-4pm. When *** called Chelsea apologized multiple times for the
technician's careless behavior and not cleaning up the mess around the dryer but was told an apology isn't what she wantedShe wanted to be refunded so she could get her dress cleaned. The technician was asked if he washed his hands and he said noThe only time he was close to the sink was to move the washer to make sure he could access everything he needed to on the dryerChelsea did not call *** a liarShe was told the technician would not lie to Chelsea about washing his handsWe do not believe we should be responsible for the cost of cleaning ***'s dress Thank you, Milligan's Appliances
