This particular "Collection Bureau LLC." is "Trying-To"Collect a $125.00 "Bill" from ME that "Involves" a Multi-State Crime being "Handled-By" the US Justice Departments NE Regional Office in Manhattan NYC is for a Hospital "Bill" Covered-By the NJ Victims Compensation Claims Fund but THIS Collection Bureau's "Agents" Hang-Up on me When I "Call to Give" Arcadia the "INFO" it "Needs" to Collect this "Bill" from this "Crime Victims" Compensation Fund!

I have been dealing with this copany for quite sometime. Arcadia Recovery Bureau is linked to the City of Reading by collecting of water, sewage and recycling fees imposed on the residents. This agency has called me several times because my water service has been terminated in which they were informed I will pay when I have the money. This last time I said I don't know. The water is cut off and until I get the money I can't say exactly when I can promise to pay. Although this is a debt agency as stated every time they call, they have informed me that water shut off to a property warrants codes to come and place a placard of vacany within 24hrs on my door in which I would then be homeless. I am doing the best I can. SInce they place the new meter on my house my water bill has doubled. With the frigid Winter we had my pipes bursted this year because I make too much money to get anytype of heating assistance and when I got the bill it was $743 +.
Other than money this collection agency has no right to threaten me with codes to come and place a placard to vacate my property. Point being, if I do not have the money at the moment, I don't have it. I do not need to bullied, manipulated into being removed from my home by someone that is just calling to collect a debt.
