The following is our written response to complaint# *** (*** ***) I feel that this complaint isn't warranted due to the fact our two-year certificate specifically s*s "not a workmanship warranty, severe weather (which we have seen twice in the past month) (4" & 2" in a few
hours respectively) & not responsible for interior damage Arcadia Roofing and three other roofing companies all advised *** Companies that the tile underlayment needed replacedWe will and have stood by our work done on the flat deck(Which hasn't leaked or had problems) I've talked to *** several times explaining there is only so much I can do to help her outThat I felt like *** Companies tried hiding the underlayment replacement from her Also, after our conversation I did notice that there were three-four different versions of the 2-Year certificate offered and my signature appears to be signed/forged by someone with *** Companies This cert also was never transferred to *** *** ...This was specifically used by *** Companies to close the sale to *** ***
