HMMMM...Where do I start..."0" STARS WOULD EXPLAIN EVERYTHING...l liked a property that CARLA showed me, but now I have to forfeit renting the property. Currently, I have an family emergency that has put me in a bind to go back home and not knowing whether I will be back in San Diego. I called Carla right away I and asked, f there was a way that I can get my $300 deposit back? She suggested that I come by the office to talk with SHANNON ABBOTT (remember the name because the FACE is UNFORGETTABLE). After my conversation with Carla , me and my boyfriend drove to the ARCADIAN Office and I spoke with Yasmine Loy and she said, and I quote, "We would give you back your deposit only if you were in an automobile accident." What the F[redacted]! How unprofessional...No HEART!
Later on that night, I called my bank and found out they already cashed my check, so, the next day I called Carla and she apologized. It's not her fault she helped me. Anyway, I told her that I would like my personal paperwork back and she told me that she didn't see that it was a problem for them to return it. , So, Today on August 17, 2017, I came back into the office to speak with Shannon Abbot about returning my personal information, which was my paystubs, etc and she said, "No."
I asked why, and she said because it is locked up in a closed and locked cabinet...what the HELL! Why do they need to keep my stuff and b.t.w.. What was I thinking that these "GOONS" with the exception of Carla would give me my deposit to hold the unit back or my personal information, but I came back..what a BIG Burly woman with the most NASTIEST ATTITUDE and WORST TAN! I guess, her pet YASMINE LOY is learning from her b.t.w she is sooooo fake (LOSING WEIGHT IS FREE to the BOTH of THEM)!

I wished I had read the reviews for Arcadian Property Group before I gave them my deposit. OFFICE NAZI's...IF YOU DO CARE HOW PEOPLE TREAT YOU...then DON'T USE THEM>>>>REMEMBER ARCADIAN PROPERTY GROUP IS THE RUDDIEST AND NASTIEST PEOPLE>>>THEY MAKE SAN DIEGO REAL ESTATE AGENCIES LOOK BAD! NOTE TO SELF! I am taking steps to report them!

ONE Good PERSON THAT WORKS THERE is CARLA...why is she working for a HORRIBLE COMPANY? In my OPINION, SHE is the the BREAD WINNER AND MOST POSITIVE PERSON IN THE COMPANY AND IT'S STILL AROUND BECAUSE OF HER, IN MY OPINION. THANKS CARLA FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS...YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME!

Review: I signed the lease for move-in on March 2015, however was unable to move in until April 7th, 2015. When I moved in, I transferred my gas and electric services from my previous residence for the day of April 7th, 2015.

However, when I received my rent bill, it included an additional $77.17 for gas and electric services from March through April 2015. I hadn't even moved in yet, AND had my own gas and electric services at my previous residence during the month of March 2015! I then called [redacted] and they confirmed that this is not my bill, it belongs to the property management company, yet [redacted] from Arcadian Property Group insists that I have to pay for the bill, which is twice as much as what I've ever paid for my own bill!

There is absolutely no reason why I should be held responsible for a bill that the property management company accrued just because I didn't transfer my own gas and electric services on the day of my move-in date! I am responsible for my own gas and electric bill, and [redacted] has confirmed that I transferred my services over on April 7th 2015.

The lease includes a $50 flat fee for the water bill, plus my monthly rent and nothing else.

I should not be held responsible for the property management company's gas and electric bill due to their failure to turn off their service.Desired Settlement: Please remove the "past due" $77.17 fee from my rent bill.

To whom it may concern – Ms [redacted] signed a lease agreement effective March 12, 2015 and began paying rent on this day. Whether or not she physically moved her belongings into the unit on this day is irrelevant to this matter. Per her lease agreement, the unit was hers on 3/12/15 and all utilities, except for water, are her responsibility as of this date. Thank you, [redacted]Property Manger Arcadian Property Group

Greedy despicable people. Rent in the condo they rented me is over $300 more than the rent charged for other units in the same complex. They saw me coming and refuse to adjust the rent or let me out of my lease.
