Please change company name from *** *** *** * *** to 'Best Auto' They are two different businesses here as put on customers receipt (attached)
I, Rod G*** (owner), personally talked to the buyer (***) He
looked at the unit and as you can see it was sold as is with no hot water tank This is why it was being sold at such a cheap price, because the buyer needed to get one *** decided to buy it and as we were walking up to the office, I told him that we do have a hot water tank which the RV tech that we use was assembling and that he was welcome to it I did tell him that it is hard for us to ever get in contact with him so you still may need to get one yourself I told him that if we received it, Kris would have it delivered to him, but it was being sold without the hot water tank at that point At no time was anything said about us paying him $ The price of the unit was cheap due to the fact that it had no hot water tank We are very sorry if *** misunderstood what was discussed, but it was very clearly stated We are attaching a copy of his purchase order to show it all We also gave him the RV tech's phone number at that time This case has no merit and we would appreciate it being closed promptly Thank you very much

Like a regular person, I wouldn't buy RV trailer without a working water heater because water heater connects with all the water systems in the unit. So when we made a deal with the dealership owner, part of the deal was he should deliver me water heater. And you can see the attachment in this e mail shows that the person should deliver to me. From the date of purchase, I've been waiting two weeks, and never got a response. Then I started calling them and the owner of dealership told me I have to call a mechanic and talk with him myself. But I never made a deal with mechanic, as I never met him in person and I have no desire to talk with him either. 
All this situation let me think the owner of the dealership always thinks he's right and he can explain everything, and me, like a costumer, always wrong. its like the same deal as if you would buy a car with a broken engine. 
All I need from the dealership is a brand new water heater, or the amount a water heater costs, so I can buy one myself.
