All I need is that ARCH Auto Parts to return the $62.07 they have deducted.
Review: On [redacted] January**, 2015 at about [redacted]. I ordered and paid $310.29 for an a/c compressor at ARCH AUTO PARTS, located at [redacted]. The sales clerk told me that the part would be delivered at about [redacted] that day. I telephoned the auto mechanic in the presence of the sales clerk, because I needed to know if the time the compressor was schedule to arrive would be o k with him. He did not answer his phone. The clerk also wanted to know the location for the the delivery. I told him I did not recall the address, but as soon as I arrive at the repair shop I would call to give him the location. When I arrived at the repair shop (about four blocks away) I told the mechanic that the compressor would arrive at about [redacted]. He said he would be closed at [redacted]. I had to make another arrangement, because I needed the car that day. I called Arch Auto Parts at about [redacted]. and canceled the order. A few minutes later, I arrived at Arch for the $310.29. The clerk gave me $248.22, and said he deducted 20% ($62.07) for handling. I asked to speak to the manager. He referred me to [redacted]. I spoke with [redacted] of the problem. He said he would not return the 20% because it is company's policy on returns. The fact is, I did not get the item, and no one informed me of a cancellation fee at the time the purchased was made.Desired Settlement: All I need is that ARCH Auto Parts to return the $62.07 they have deducted.
