First of all ,the car she bought was a 2007 bmw525 not a 2005! It was a used car and had over 110,[redacted] thousand mile's on it. Due to the mileage the car was offered " AS IS NO WARRANTY " witch she was fully aware of it ,she signed all the papers...
necessary and got the car financed through a third party lender. After nearly to moths of driving she now complains to us about her transmission goin out . When she initially called us we told her to bring the car to us.So we can check it out , but she never did . Since the car was sold as is no warranty and she has had it for nearly to months in her possession. we are not reliable for whatever happened to the car.But since she is our costumer we tried to help her and offered her only $50 an hour labor compare to BMW repair shop $120 an hour labor. We felt like we did everything we could to help her with her situation , but she refused.
